Many people have heard about the Law of Attraction but not many have consciously taken it into a practice. “The Law of Attraction for Beginners” is created for those of you who would like to get familiar with this law and learn how to use it properly. So, let’s begin…
What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction states that “like energy, attracts like energy”.
Whatever you think, feel and believe you attract into your life – whether you want to or not.
The Law of Attraction is based on the Law of Vibration.
Everything that exists is identified by its own unique vibrational frequency.
To attract something that you want, you must be on the same frequency as your goal.
The Law of Attraction always works, without exception, but you don’t always get what you want, you rather get what you believe.
We attract what we think, feel and believe about ourselves and the world around us. Therefore, our thoughts, focus, and beliefs shape our reality. That what we believe becomes true. It becomes true because we believe it.
Everything is Energy
Science shows us through quantum physics that everything is energy. Invisible energy is constantly moving and transforming from one form to another and gives the shape to the material world that we see.
The Universe is a vast system of energy and we are energy beings having a physical experience.
Most people are not aware of all the energies in and around them because they are only focused on what they can perceive with their 5 physical senses, which are in fact just electrical signals interpreted by their brain.

Your Thoughts are Energy
According to quantum physics, our consciousness is creating an illusion of the physical world. What we see as physical, is actually a form of energy. Double Slit Experiment showed us that the particles behave differently when they are being observed. The observer creates reality. The act of observing causes the object to be there, so the object doesn’t exist independently of its observer.
We are part of a universal consciousness. The energy is flowing into our consciousness constantly and we can transmute it into whatever we choose.
To be effective, your thoughts need to be focused and empowered by emotion and belief that what you’re thinking about will manifest.
Your thoughts lead to emotions which lead you to FEEL a certain way – that feeling is the vibration you are broadcasting to the Universe. The Universe then responds and brings you more of what you were broadcasting.
You are constantly vibrating and broadcasting at different frequencies and you are always attracting to your life circumstances and people that are on that same frequency. If you still don’t have what you want in your life, it’s because your vibration is not tuned to the right frequency.
Just like radio, we transmit and receive signals at different frequencies. In order to listen to a different radio program, we have to switch to another FM (frequency modulation) channel. To have a different manifestation we must change our frequency. Controlling our vibrations is the key to mastering the Law of Attraction.
Pay Attention to Your Feelings
In order to attract what you want, you have to produce feelings in your body as if you already have what you want to have because you can only experience that what you feel.
What you feel right now is an indicator of your current vibration. What you feel, you will attract!
If you feel resistance towards an experience that you want, you will not be able to attract it. Sometimes opportunity might be sitting right in front of you, but you don’t see it because you’re not in the right vibration and your frequency doesn’t match the frequency of that opportunity.
Raise Your Vibration
To raise your vibration, you have to change your focus and modify your beliefs.
Our focus is what dictates what we feel and our beliefs of who we are are what allow us to embody who we prefer to be. The more we amplify those emotions and raise our vibration, more likely we will see opportunities that will align us with what we want to experience in our lives.
So, what can you do?
First, feel gratitude for what you already have. Then focus your attention on what you want instead of on that what you don’t want. Bring more awareness into your heart and your whole body and feel as if you already have that what you want to have or experience. Feel the gratitude.
For example, if you want money don’t focus on lack of money because you will only experience frustration and lack of money. Focus on things you already have and you’re grateful for. Then focus on things you would buy with that money and feel as if you’re already in possession of that things. Feel gratitude.
If you find it hard to focus this way, make a list of emotions you would feel if you already had that what you want and then try to feel these same emotions by focusing on something which won’t cause you resistance.
For example, if you want money, what are emotions you would feel if you already had it? E.g. freedom, security, ease, relaxation, happiness? Now, what else, except money, would cause you feel these emotions? Focus on that! It’s not about the object, it’s about emotion.
You Attract What You Believe
Your mind has two parts – conscious and subconscious. Your conscious mind is thinking creative mind. Your goals, wishes, and desires come from it.
Your subconscious mind is emotional, programmable mind and it has different belief system than your conscious mind. It is much more powerful than your conscious mind.
When we want something consciously, the subconscious has data about that. If subconscious does not agree with a conscious mind, we have disharmony.
The sense of fear and discomfort are psychological signs that our conscious and subconscious mind are not in harmony.
For example, if you’re mentally programmed with lack of money, you will tend to attract low-paying job, an extra bill to pay or unexpected expenses that your “not enough money” paradigm is in harmony with.
If you grew up in a family where one or both of your parents always said: “We can’t afford that”, “Money doesn’t grow on a tree” or “It’s too expensive”, then you might be programmed to believe this to be true.
So, if you desire something like a new house or getting a high-paying new job it will probably not happen until you get rid of your limiting beliefs because you attract what you believe.
Given that subconscious mind is emotional mind, to get results that you want, you have to choose your thoughts wisely and emotionalize them, and these thoughts will then impress themselves into your subconscious mind, which will then determine the state of vibration of your body and cause you to take action which will produce desired results.
5 Steps to Manifestation
If you’re ready to use the Law of Attraction to attract abundance into any and every area of your life, you may want to follow these 5 steps to manifestation for beginners.
- Be clear on what you want. Clarity gives you power.
- Focus on that what you want instead of that what you don’t want. That will raise your vibration. Visualize yourself as you already have what you want. See it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it.
- FEEL how you would feel if that what you want was already yours, and act as if it was already yours. It is an energetical process, so you must feel as it’s already done, without a doubt.
- Believe that you will receive the object of your desire. You don’t have to know how it will come, just open your mind to accept it when it comes.
- Repeat the process. More you repeat it, stronger you will feel it, and stronger you feel it, sooner you will attract it.
The difference between just visualizing yourself in action and actually feeling yourself in action is the difference between failure and success.
