How to Raise Your Vibrational Frequency to Get What You Want?

Everything that exists is identified by its own unique vibrational frequency. To get what you want you must match its vibrational frequency.

In this article, I will share tips on how to raise your vibrational frequency and become a match to that what you want.

Are You a Vibrational Match to That What You Want?

We are constantly vibrating and broadcasting at different frequencies.

If you are not tuned into a particular frequency, you will not see the physical objects that are on that frequency until you switch your frequency.

RadioThis works in the same way as a radio or TV station. If you want to listen to a different radio programme or watch a different TV programme you must switch to another channel. By switching the channel, you set your radio or TV set at a different frequency which receives different signals. The same applies to people – we transmit and receive signals at different frequencies.

Everything that comes to you – people, circumstances or events – reflects your vibration.

Positive emotion about something is a good indicator and a negative emotion is an indicator of the difference in the frequency.

When you want something, you want it because you believe that you will feel better once you get it.

Now, if you make your emotion conditional upon coming, it can’t come because you’re the match to the absence of it.

But if you can feel good before you get it that is to feel as you already have it although you don’t have it yet, then it will come because the real manifestation is an emotional response to that you’re trying to get.

How you think and how you feel broadcasts an electromagnetic signature. When your mind and heart are totally engaged in your vision of the future, you are connected to the energy of that future because you’re a vibrational match to that electromagnetic potential that already exists as a possibility in the quantum field.

And if you’re able to maintain that state, it must come.

How to Raise Your Vibrational Frequency

To get what you want you must raise your vibration because good feeling emotions have a higher vibrational frequency. This is how to raise your vibrational frequency quickly:

Breath

Optimal oxygenation of the cells is necessary for you to feel good. When you increase oxygen in your body, you will start to feel better and that will raise your vibration. Make sure to learn how to breathe using diaphragmatic muscles.

Drink Water

glass of waterWater is an essential component of the body. Our brain is 76% water and our blood is 84% water. Your body not only needs water to function, but it needs it to flush out toxins. Each day you should drink at least 8 glasses of water. However, the amount of water that you need to drink each day is also dependant on your body weight. It is recommended to drink half of your body weight in ounces (1 ounce=0.0296 liters). Ideally, you should never go more than 20 minutes without sipping water.

Eat Living Food

When you eat a certain food, you should feel energized. Plant-based, or nutrient reach food is the best for maintaining your body in the good form. If you eat too much acidic food, your body gets out of balance and you feel tired and stressed. By eating mostly alkaline foods (the majority of vegetables and fruits) you feel energetic, balanced and focused. So, make sure to maintain a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in your diet, because it will increase your vibration.

Exercise

When you exercise, you have a more energy, which helps to raise your vibrational frequency. So, get to the gym or go for a run! Also, I would suggest putting on an inspirational audio to feed your mind while you’re taking care of your body.

Go for a Walk

If working out is too much for you, go for a walk. Getting your body moving will make a huge difference to your vibration. And nature will naturally increase your vibration.

Meditate

Just 15 minutes a day is usually enough to notice a positive change in your vibrational frequency. Meditation practice is very beneficial because it teaches you to be aware of your thoughts. It will help you to recognize when you move into negative vibration, so you can change it as soon as possible.

Listen to Music

Surround Yourself with Positive People

Hanging out with people who are always complaining or blaming others for everything that “happens to them” are not people who you want to spend your time with if you want to raise your vibration.

Quit Judging Everything

Don’t judge anyone and anything. Any kind of judgment is blocking you from reaching the higher frequency.

Focus on What You Want

Focus your attention on that what you want. Your emotions are an indicator of where your focus is. Negative emotion is an indicator that what you are focused on isn’t helpful to you. To start feeling better, change your thoughts.

Laugh and Play More

playLaughter can raise your heart rate and lead to a rise in frequency. Playing, especially with pats or kids is also a great way to raise your vibration.

Practice Gratitude

Notice and pay attention to good things in your life. Be grateful for all the good things you already have and give thanks in advance for all that is coming. Feel as if it’s already there. That will put you in the right vibration.

Change Your Self-Image

Decide who you want to be, hold that new self-image in your mind and act as if that is who you are. When you get out of your comfort zone and start doing things that you haven’t done before, old vibration will begin to lose its power. You will then begin to see a reflection in your life because we always get the reflection of who we are being.

  1. I had never heard of the term vibrational frequency. But it makes sense, and everything you list, would definitely help have a more positive outlook on life, and make anything possible. I try to follow pretty much everything you have listed, so this must mean that I have a good vibrational frequency 🙂

  2. I love your post, Blanka! Thank you for the valuable info and the opportunity to read something different and new! To be honest, I’ve never been thinking that way… I know well (from personal experience) that being positive means attracting other positive people, and seeing positive changes in the behavior of people who are not always in the best mood.
    I liked this theory regarding someone being at the same frequency as his goals and provided tips about how to raise your vibrational frequency.
