How to Manifest Abundance?
There are lots of different techniques out there on how to manifest abundance. Some of them work and some don’t. Some of them work for somebody, and some other techniques work for somebody else. They are all good when used correctly, but not every one of them is good for everybody.
What is Abundance?
Abundance is defined as a very large quantity of something. When we talk about abundance, people often think about money, but it’s not just money. It’s that feeling of fulfillment in all areas of your life. It’s an abundance of love, joy, fun, opportunities, health, friends or whatever you want…
What is important here is that abundance comes from inside – you must feel abundant in order to have an abundance. Often people think that they will feel abundant once they will have abundance, but it doesn’t work that way. If you think that things outside of you would fulfill you, you’re far away from the truth. Abundance without fulfillment is empty and it doesn’t lead you to a happy life.
How to Manifest Abundance?
When it comes to different techniques for manifesting abundance, you can practice anything from meditation, visualization, affirmations or super learning modalities. In my experience, no matter what techniques you practice, there are 2 important things that you really need to manifest abundance – CLEAR INTENTION & ELEVATED EMOTION.
What is it that you want? Get specific. Make your order like you’re in a restaurant. Get clear on it and journal it out. The universe will bring you what you want, but you need to know what you want first.
For example, if you want to start a business, but you don’t have a clear intention for that business and how it may impact the world, you will lose motivation and will consequently lack support from other people and the Universe.
Let’s see another example. If you just want more money, then when you get, let’s say 5 dollars, your order is delivered. You wanted more money – you’ve gotten more money.
So, if you want more money, specify how much money you want. If you want a relationship, what are the characteristics you want your partner to have? If you want a new car, what model and what color you want?
Now, when you know what you want, tell me why you want it? Journal it out. Ask yourself “why” questions until you get to the feeling you would have once you get what you want.
For example, you want a house. Why you want it? So, you can live in it. Why do you want to live in it? Because you want to live in your own house. Why? Because you can do what you want there. Why? Because you want to feel free or secure. You see? You want a house because you think you will feel free and/or secure once you get that house.
So, what is your intention? To feel better or to manifest that thing? Your intention determines the vibration that you’re emitting. Your emotion is an indicator of your intention, which then attracts what comes into your life.
Everything that we want, we want because we think we will feel better once we get it. When you become aware that you can feel better now, regardless of manifestation, then you’ve not attached to the manifestation anymore, which means that you’re allowing it to come. On the contrary, when you’re attached to the outcome, you are acknowledging that you haven’t got it yet, and when you feel lack, you attract more of lack.
Now, when you know what you want and why you want it, it’s time to imagine how exactly would you feel if you’ve already had it. Would you feel grateful, happy, free, secure, joyful, fulfilled, peaceful? Journal out all those feelings you would feel if you’ve already had that what you wanted, and don’t forget the most important feeling – WORTHY TO RECEIVE, because if you don’t feel that you deserve it, you won’t get it.
Now, when you have a clear intention and elevated emotions, you can visualize, meditate or affirm what you want. What is important is that you choose techniques that will help you feel those elevated emotions as if you have already achieved what you wanted.
How Does It Really Work?
To achieve something you’ve never achieved, you have to become somebody else. If you haven’t achieved it so far, then you need different thoughts and different feelings, which will then cause different actions which will lead to different results.
When you connect clear intention (thought) with an elevated emotion (feeling) you move into the new state of being. Remind yourself of who you want to be every day. Those elevated emotions should be the emotions you’re living by because when you disconnect from these emotions, you’re back to feeling lack and we’ve already said that when you feel lack you attract more of lack.
But if you’re able to maintain that elevated emotional state throughout the day, you will change your energy and consequently manifesting different reality.
When you feel like manifestation has already happened, you’re less likely to wonder if you’re doing something wrong or overthink why your manifestation hasn’t happened yet. Why would you do that if you conditioned yourself into feeling like it has already happened?
If you repeatedly condition yourself to feel grateful, happy, free, appreciative, worthy, joyful and empowered, then you would trust the process completely. And chances are likely that trusting the unknown will create new opportunities that you would have never seen coming until you stepped out of your comfort zone.
Get clear on what you want and why you want it. Feel as if you already have it and if you’re able to maintain that state throughout the day and give thanks in advance, you can relax because it must come.
