Hi, my name is Blanka and I am passionate about connecting personal development, science & spirituality to help you expand your awareness, align your mind & heart and tap into the best version of yourself, so you can start seeing new opportunities and creating a meaningful and happy life.
It wasn’t very long ago that I was living an unfulfilling and stressful life…
After receiving my master’s degree in law, I worked in the public service offices and then moved to work for the Government.
This gave me security and certainty, but I wasn’t fulfilled and after doing this for 10 years the level of unfulfillment was growing to the point where I started seriously thinking about leaving my job and decided to move to Ireland.
Prior to that, I lost my dad. We were actually losing him for a longer period of time as Alzheimer was playing with his neurons and cutting off connections between them so he was gradually losing his personality and ended up dying in a hospital, unbearable suffering due to medical negligence.
He was so helpless. I could feel his vulnerability and pain, but couldn’t help him. A bunch of unhealthy emotions from sadness, sorrow, anger, rage, despair, grief, and hurt to hopelessness were boiling inside my body. I was devastated…
Stress that came from this traumatic experience caused me some health issues that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve so I dived into self-help, holistic medicine and spirituality to find some relief and cure. It was a long journey but at the end of the tunnel, I found a light.
When I decided to move to Ireland I didn’t know when and how I would do that, but I knew it would happen. Not long after I met the most beautiful soul, who was living in Ireland at the time, so I quit my job and moved to Ireland to live with him.
The things didn’t go well there… The first job that I could find was a repetitive 9-5 office job that drove me crazy. I was really frustrated and desperate there but couldn’t see the way out.
I developed a fear of speaking English and caught up in perfectionism – if I wasn’t sure in grammar, I wouldn’t allow myself to speak at all. I felt like I was losing myself.
As I was fighting this fear, my body reacted by constantly sending me signals through health issues. My body was screaming, telling me that it’s time for changing direction.
I realized how powerful our mind was, and how our subconscious programming and limiting beliefs that we acquired in our early childhood affected our behaviors and decisions, and ultimately our lives.
I was so thirsty for this kind of knowledge that I kept reading books, watching motivational videos, investing in courses and seminars, and then I finally decided to build my own website (without prior tech knowledge and experience) and started a blog (in English) to share all the great information that I learned and applied along the way.
Was I scared? Yes! Was I in doubt? Yes! I kept asking myself What if it doesn’t work? What if I fail? Am I good enough? What if nobody would like me? How would I make money? But the decision was made, going back to the 9-5 job wasn’t an option anymore.
I wanted to spend more time doing something meaningful and making a difference in the lives of others while not being restricted with time and finances.
I joined an online business education platform where I learned all things business and marketing and I also met fellow entrepreneurs that were always happy to connect and help. I started to feel motivated and enthusiastic again, and I also gained my confidence back.
My partner also left his job and started to work online. We decided that we would work from a laptop and a phone, so we could do it from anywhere in the world. We are currently in Croatia and are not bounded with the workspace anymore.
We decided to find beauty and meaning in everything that we do and we learned to live a stress-free and happy life regardless of the circumstances.
I realized that all the stress and trauma that I experienced were there to force me to reconsider my beliefs and teach me that life is not what you get, it’s rather what you make of it.
I learned that stress wasn’t about what happened to me, it’s rather how I reacted to it. I learned that sometimes we cannot choose the circumstances but we can choose what we are going to do about them.
I learned that holding to unhealthy thoughts and emotions lead to disease, and thinking “happy” thoughts and feeling healthy emotions can bring us happiness and peace even when circumstances are not supportive.
I finally understood Echart Tole’s quote “Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary.”
I also realized that I wanted to inspire, educate and empower people to expand their awareness, change their limiting beliefs, align their minds and hearts and tap into the best versions of themselves, so they can create lives that they truly want.
I look forward to speaking with you soon..
